Genxware.com software refund policy:
Genxware.com accepts all software that is purchase or download in the United States or Canada with the following conditions:
- Within 30 days of purchase / download without activation or use
- System error that caused any wrong / duplicate / misplaced order(s)
- Software was purchased / downloaded by mistake and not activated after purchase / download
- Any defective software
- Package with NO broken seal, open box, or torn lamination
Above policy does not apply to:
- Free Trial download software
- Certain promotional software items with “No Refund” or “ Last Sale” remark
- Software activated with serial number(s)
- Purchased with incomplete payment
- Purchased product by clicking "More Info"
- Customize product
How to Refund:
Customers can simply file refund request to:

or;
Mail your request with proof of purchase (receipt, invoice etc.) specifying the reason for the refund, and we will process and respond accordingly.
Please allow 6 – 8 weeks for ordinary refund processing.
